Liquid fertilizer production is a clean complement to powder WSF: metered raw materials dissolve in heated, agitated vessels, then undergo reaction, chelation and pH conditioning before filtration removes insolubles for a clear product. The filling stage completes the line with capping and labeling. Contact materials are selected per chemistry, and CIP interfaces make grade changeover practical. Capacity is typically 1-20 t/h and depends on the product range, dissolution time and filling scope. The line suits liquid NPK, foliar, amino-acid, humic-acid and fertigation concentrates.
