What exactly does a turnkey fertilizer plant include?
A turnkey project typically includes process design, equipment fabrication, layout and foundation drawings, installation supervision or on-site installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales spare parts. It does not automatically include civil works, site wiring, raw materials, chemical formulation or local permits - these are usually customer scope. When comparing quotes, always compare the delivery scope item by item, because two 'turnkey' quotes can cover very different work. Should I buy a single machine or a complete line?
It depends on where your bottleneck is. If you already have a working line and one machine fails, replacing that single machine is correct. If you are building new capacity, a complete line is usually the better investment because the interfaces - conveying, batching, dust control and control logic - are where performance is won or lost. A single granulator cannot fix an upstream batching problem, and a single bagger cannot fix downstream segregation. What information do you need for a powder WSF line?
Formula and raw materials, bulk density and moisture, batch size and capacity, packing size (5-25 kg / 25-50 kg / ton-bag), automation level, plant space and voltage. These inputs decide batching scales, mixer size, dust collection and packing configuration. If you do not know bulk density yet, we can help you measure it - but it should be confirmed before the line is finalized, because it changes hopper and conveyor sizing.
Can you customize equipment for my project?
Yes. Common customizations are voltage and frequency (380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, 525V), 304/316 stainless steel contact parts, Siemens PLC control, branded component packages (motors, gearboxes, bearings) and special bag or pallet configurations. Can the plant be designed for future expansion?
Yes. Most lines are engineered with expansion in mind: powder organic lines can be upgraded to granular routes, BB lines can add hoppers and automatic packing, and packaging trains can add palletizing and wrapping later.
