What information do you need for a powder WSF line?

Formula and raw materials, bulk density and moisture, batch size and capacity, packing size (5-25 kg / 25-50 kg / ton-bag), automation level, plant space and voltage. These inputs decide batching scales, mixer size, dust collection and packing configuration. If you do not know bulk density yet, we can help you measure it - but it should be confirmed before the line is finalized, because it changes hopper and conveyor sizing.
