We adopt special rubber liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner for the rotary drum, and achieve the functions of automatic scars and tumor removal. Therefore, you can abandon the traditional scraper device. What’s more, with rubber engineering plastics for lining, raw materials are not easy to stick. To some extent, the inner lining plays a role in anti-corrosion and insulation.

FPC rotary drum granulator is equipped with the one-formed cylinder. In this way, the whole machine can operate smoothly. The cylinder is made of alloy steel materials. Therefore, our machine has long service life. In addition, some baffles are set in the cylinder. These baffles can prolong the granulation time of powder fertilizer. The machine pellet rate can be up to 90%.
