Can you guarantee capacity and accuracy before testing my material?

We guarantee performance on the design basis confirmed in the technical proposal - material type, moisture, bulk density, bag size and operating profile. Where a material is non-standard (hygroscopic, sticky, highly abrasive), we request samples or a process validation before making performance commitments. We never promise untested fixed numbers, because capacity and accuracy depend on your real material, not on a brochure.
