Liquid Fertilizer Production Line

As the second water-soluble route, the liquid fertilizer line covers raw-material dosing, dissolution/reaction, filtration, heating/cooling, storage and filling. It is a clean complement to powder WSF production for customers serving foliar and fertigation markets.

Why a complete line, not single machines

Liquid fertilizer quality is set by the dissolution and homogenization step, and lost at the filling step. Temperature, agitation, de-foaming and filling speed are one process, not separate machines. A complete liquid line gives you a repeatable recipe, consistent containers and a batch record - the minimum for a credible label.

When this solution does not apply

Honest boundaries make a proposal credible. These conditions must be confirmed before the configuration is valid:

  • Suspension and gel-type products require process validation before line design - we will tell you honestly if a standard line is not the answer
  • Water quality affects clarity and stability; we design assuming your supplied water analysis
  • Some concentrated acids require specialized chemical-grade materials and safety measures quoted separately
  • Labeled nutrient content is the formulator's responsibility; we provide process and batch evidence

Scenario FAQ

Questions buyers ask about this solution

Can you produce suspension fertilizers?
Yes, but suspensions with clays or gums need process validation because they are shear- and temperature-sensitive. We recommend a small trial before committing to a full line.
What containers can the filling line handle?
From 100 ml bottles to 1,000 L IBC totes. The filling station is configured to your container family; changing between very different sizes is a changeover, not automatic.
How do you prevent foam problems?
We include controlled agitation speed, anti-foam dosing and optional vacuum de-foaming before filling, matched to your product's foaming tendency.
